What are the shipping fees? 

  • The shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you are in the United States and spend over $50 you will get free shipping. Standard and economy shipping take five to eight business days once the order is shipped. 

What happens if an item is lost?

    • We are so sorry your order got lost in the mail! Unfortunately, once the package is in the hands of the delivery service we don't have any control of the item. But in the event something is lost, please file a claim with your delivery service (USPS, UPS, DHL etc) and let us know about the lost package at KhattoiLLC@gmail.com with your order number. 
    • To assist with inconvenience but you'll get 15% off and free shipping to reorder the item.

What is your exchange/return policy? 

  • Any new/unworn Khattoi item can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.

How do I know what my size is? 

  • Feel free to check out our Size Guide which is located under any Khattoi product. If further guidance is needed, please fill out the contact form under the ‘Contact Us’ tab and we will be happy to assist you further.  

Can I track my order? 

  • Each customer will receive a tracking number and link via email as soon as their order is shipped from Khattoi. Once your receive the tracking information you can track your order via the website of your shipping service.

Can I purchase just a part of an outfit? 

  • Yes, certain pieces are sold separately for our matching sets. Simply look under the category you are looking for and you will find the separate garments. For example, if you are looking specifically for a blouse you can search under “Tops”. 

How do I wear the pieces so I look like the models? 

  • Check out our Instagram and blog posts for styling inspiration! 

Do you have a storefront? 

  • Currently, Khattoi does not have a storefront however follow Khattoi on Instagram @khattoi_ for information on upcoming pop-up shops. 

What do I do if an item is out of stock? 

  • Join our email list to be the first to know when items are back in stock! Click here to sign up for emails. 

How can I contact you? 

  • To contact Khattoi, simply fill out the contact form under the “Customer Support” tab under' Contact Us' and we will respond within 48 hours.
